Childe is a good husband.
Every day, he woke up in the morning and cook for his beloved Zhongli.
Childe will always make sure that he always spoil his husband rotten.
There will be people who are foolish enough to try to sway him from his beloved. He always rid of them of course. He doesn't want to upset his Zhongli, never again.
Everytime he went out for a bit too long, he make sure to bring some beautiful gems on the way home. Zhongli loves gems, especially the shiny ones.
Childe is a good husband. He loves and cherished his Zhongli.
But... In the past, Childe wasn't always a good husband.
He was easily irritated. He will often look at other people. And sometimes, on a bad day, he will hurt Zhongli.
But those are all in the past. After a particularly bad fight, Childe came to his senses and realize what a bad person he is.
Of course he tried to beg for Zhongli's forgiveness. Luckily, Zhongli is a kind soul and forgive him.
And Childe is forever grateful for it.
Sure, zhongli is a little quieter now, but it doesn't matter. Childe swore to always love him till the end.
Because Childe is a good husband.

"Z–Zhongli?" Childe stuttered out as he stumbled in to their bedroom, the thick smell of alcohol reeking from him.
Hearing nothing but silent greeting him send the man to a state of panic as he fell on his knee next to the bed.
Shaky hands reach out to gently cradle another, paler hand.
Childe bring the pale hand of his d̶̶̶e̶a̶̶d husband to his cheek, uncaring of the coldness of the skin.
"I-I was wrong ok" He said. At this point childe is trembling hard, tears streaming down his crazed face.
"I-I'm sorry ok? I promise I won't make you sad again ok? Please... Come back"
The lack of response made Chilee sobs as the man stuttered out words of coaxing brokenly.
