Summary
Fili finds himself captivated by the cozy charm of Bag End and its owner, Bilbo Baggins. Despite his initial skepticism about Bilbo joining their journey, Fili is drawn to the hobbit's innocence and kindness. At the end of evening, Fili seizes an opportunity to approach Bilbo in the kitchen.
This is going to be one shot chapter’s of Bilbo and Fili relationship, it’s not going to follow a strict timeline and there will be time jumps between the relationship, before marriage after marriage, courtship all and in between.

Through it all, Bilbo endured. Through the loss, the pain, the devastation. Through the solitude. Through relearning how to open his heart, then watching the evil of the world destroy someone he cares so deeply for once again. Bilbo endured. He planted his trees and read his books and survived. he raised and loved his nephew and survived. But no matter what he did, no matter how hard he tried, after that cold day on Ravenhill he never truly felt like he was living. his heart had gone away to the next place. To far off halls where he would never be allowed.
So when Frodo returned from Mordor a shadow of himself and they were both offered a place on one of the Elven ships departing from the Grey Havens, Bilbo declared that he couldn't wait for his next adventure and went along. Maybe some part of him was hoping that the Undying Lands would be able to heal his broken heart along with Frodo's. Maybe the Valar would take pity on him, too.
When he next wakes to find himself back to the day Gandalf invited him on an adventure, he clings to the chance with both hands. No matter what he must sacrifice, he will make sure each and every one of his Dwarves makes it through this journey whole and hale.Bookmarked by godslayer1894

Summary
A fill for the kink meme prompt asking for Bilbo dealing with his feelings for Thorin after having a very bad run-in with relationships beforehand (the exact prompt can be found in the notes!). Somehow, this turned into a retelling of The Hobbit where Bilbo has a few anxiety issues plus a past relationship gone wrong and somehow in the process falls ass over ankles for a certain pissy Dwarf king.
