Blanket Permission Statement: Anyone has blanket permission to make derivative works of my fiction. This includes podfic; fanart; remixes and other derivative works, such as using the plot in another universe or with other characters; translations; reviews or critiques; and quotations or linking for articles or academic papers. I ask that any derivative works credit me and link to the work in question. It would also be cool to be notified of them, but as a rule I don't listen to podfic (nothing philosophical about it; my brain just doesn't like processing information that way).
The only collections my fic is in are the old archives it was imported from and Yuletide. There have been so many repeated problems with collection inclusion and people's fic disappearing without their knowledge that it just seems better to avoid the headache for me. That said, were you aware that you can just bookmark fic and you can create collections of bookmarks? I could write a whole essay about how the bookmark functionality is underused, but please, I'm begging anybody who wants to make recs and recs sets, use the bookmarks and use the tag and note fields on them and put THEM in your collections.
