To Nanami’s annoyance, Gojo still has his boots on, but that’s a less grievous sin in light of the fact that his uniform is covered in various fluids. He’s hesitant to call all of it blood, because some of it is purple and green, and some of it is sliding closer and closer to his blanket with every heaving, sporadic breath that Gojo takes. Nanami’s not sure what to do or say. Eventually his mouth decides for him.
