Now that the original nervousness is gone and he realized he can barely feel it, he isn't so scared anymore. He isn't sure why he ever was— Bill wouldn't ever hurt him. Summary
After centuries of rehabilitation and therapy, its safe to say that no amount of councelling or treatment is going to help the person (or well.. being..) that Bill Cipher is. He's actually been proven to have gotten.. worse? With outbursts and random fits of rage.. he shows no signs of progression. Doctors are fed up with his shenanigans and uncooperativeness, many deem him to be the most difficult patient they've ever dealt with. Hundreds of years of therapy and countless therapists cannot help him, which leaves very limited options.
Either leave him how he is and say he's beyond being salvageable
or the only other option they haven't tried yet.
