Lady Regina Black holds her hand before her, tilting it from side to side and examining her fingernails with intense scrutiny; if she tilts her hand to the left, little wolves race across the lacquer, chasing a full moon, and if she tilts it to the right, a full moon is slowly eclipsed.

"However did you manage it?" Regina asks, glancing away from her nails just long enough to meet Miss Lily Evans' gaze.

The former Gryffindor is a known Charms prodigy, but Regina has never seen spells that allow for such elaborate and detailed manicures anywhere else.

Lily smiles, her green eyes shining with pride, and says, "I invented several charms for my mastery."

Regina hums thoughtfully and decides, "Very well, Miss Evans, I shall fund your salon."
